Which is why I wanted to start a little Art Mail Club that gets it.
How does it usually go? You subscribe, they sell, you roll your eyes, then unsubscribe.

I created Troupe Tidings to help uplift my friends, share our collective love of weird animals and foster a community of kindhearted people with a penchant of bad luck that they didn't necessarily create for themselves...

What's the Royal Road anyway?
The Road Road is the first mail system in the world! It was created over 2,500 years ago, during the Achaemenid Empire.
At that time, no official system of mail delivery had existed and couriers going by foot took weeks, if not months to deliver messages. The royal ruling family instituted the Royal Road, hired riders and routes that used to take months to walk by foot now took less than 10 days!
It seemed only fitting that the Troupe sends it's tidings from the Royal Road, since they were there when it was still new.
Long stretches of this ancient path still exist today and there are places you can ride horses along the same paths that people millenia before had travelled!
