I created a Pinterest Board and will be adding new creature inspirations to it every month! I kept it public so I wouldn't have to keep adding people to a Secret Board, but I will be linking to this board every month and telling you what's new, so you can decide if you want to check it out or just follow it on Pinterest itself :)
This month I went crazy with the horse references- but unless you're a big horse girl like me, you've probably never seen horses in some of these poses. Feel free to ask me any questions about any of the pins on the board! I've included photo reference and artwork that I personally like and done my best to not include Ai on this board. I want to share what I feel are GOOD creature representations and I haven't seen much Ai that fits that descriptor. Plus I know when it's Ai. For those less initiated in animal and creature anatomy, they need to train their eye up with real references and art made my humans first, so they can determine what reality is and isn't!
This first month has about 200 pins of various horse photos, art, poses, weird poses, closeups, tack, people+horse interactions (I kept it to positive ones), feral horse interactions, plus various cool animals I saw while browsing:
I'm so excited to show everyone my new website, that comes with it's own support system- built in! That way you don't have to sign in to a bunch of different sites (tho I have those too, if you prefer!). I am excited to offer this from my site because it'll be the best, most direct way to support my work every month. It feels cozier and more custom. I feel like I have more control over what's posted here and how. I can show y'all EVERYTHING I'm working on!
